On 17th NOv'2005 I attended a seminar of WWICS at Sai Auditorium Near C.G.O Complex. After that the started calling me up more than 5 times a day to join for Immigration by signing an agreement & Paying 30000/-, so in NOV'05 i managed to arrange money & paid 30, 000/- . This is the beginig of my being in trap.

Just a week after they send me a letter of receipt, mentioning that I have signed the agreement & the second installment of 20, 000 & USD400/- is due immidiatley, other wise fine will be charged. So, some how I managed to pay it.

Then they started working on my profile & Asked for another US$350. to pay to an assessment agency. I gave all certified copyes of my certificates & experience certificate & paid this amount in JAN 2006.

After this there was no communication from them for more than a year. i was repeatedly querying on phone & email but they were always misguiding me.

After lots of follow up One fine day they told me that my assessment got negative.& there after no communication.

MY POINT IS THEY ARE THE CONSULTANT, THEY MUST CHECK ALL THE CREDENTIALS BEFORE SIGNING FOR AN AGREEMENT, OR FORWARDING IT TO ASSESSMENT AGENCY. BUT THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT COLLECTING FEE & NOT GIVING RIGHT GUIDANCE.

THEN ON FEB'2007- I MET AT WWICS- C.P. OFFICE WITH Mr. ASHOK LAMBA- REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER, HE PROMISED ME TO SIGN FOR CANADA OR RETURN MY MONEY. BUT EVEN AFTER ANOTHER ONE YEAR ONLY EMAILS & PHONE CALLS ARE MADE FROM MY SIDE. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE FROM WWICS.

NOW UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, ON MY VISIT TO INDIA JULY'08, I VISITED WWICS- GK OFFICE WHERE BRANCH MANAGER MR. AJAY PATHANIYA, ASSURED ME TO REFUND ALL THIS MONEY IN A MONTH TIME, BUT NOTHING HAS YET COME.

Further to our discussion, please find below the payment details:

1. Receipt for Rs.25, 000/-

2. Receipt for Rs.20, 000/-

3. Copy of draft for Usd 400/-: paid to WWICS Subsidiary.

4. Copy of draft for Usd 350/-: paid to WWICS Subsidiary.

Other pmt aprox-Rs.10, 000/-

(Total aprox. Rs. 75, 000 have been paid)

One Chq. for Referal Rs.4400/- is expected seperately.

Total amount + 2years Interest on it shall be claimed.

Out of this the 4th one USd 350/- we may leave as its other AGENCY fee for assesment,

A very big sincere thanks to WWICS for standing by me and my family to ensure our dreams came true. She acted and behaved in a very professional manner from the word go. WWICS took over my case from another bunch of clowns and it was such a relief and a breath of fresh air for me personally. Our visa I am sure would not have been granted in the time frame it was if we did not have WWICS as our acting agent. She is worth her weight in gold. When somebody sends you an email at 1.30am you know you've got a goer and a winner on your team. And we had WWICS as our agent and now we are moving to Australia at the end of the week. File # 78847 and 75716 - I applied for Australian PR as my work experience was judged fit by panel of experts at WWICS to apply. But, result came negative. WWICS didn't defend my case with VETASSES as they want me to pay more money to VETASSES for re-assessment. I chose not to go any further and requested refund for both amounts paid, for the first as my case was misjudged and filed on wrong basis and second as I didn't avail any services once result outcome was negative. I had been through pathetic customer service WWICS has. The phone operators would keep asking same questions, I doubt they keep any notes in system for clients who call! The branch manager at sector 22 office in Chandigarh, Jatinder, was not interested in meeting us. Only person who helped us was Yadwinder Koshal in Sector 22 office. He finally had to point us to legal in head office for our refund request. Negative outcome came in January 2014, and till now refund has not been approved. WWICS says the refund would be only for 1 payment that too minus the tax amount. If WWICS experts misjudged and wrongly filed my case, tax amount should also be paid by WWICS and not me. I wrote finally today to legal person in company and I am not sure how long I will have to keep waiting for a response. Refund timeframe itself is 120 days! That means, you should pay to them in 2-3 business days but when they have to refund you, they will take their own sweet time. I am definitely going to keep my experience with WWICS posted on all social networking sites and will not hesitate to approach the consumer court if am not given by due refund back. So, lesson for people aspiring to go abroad through WWICS is - If anything goes wrong anywhere, they will not entertain you at all!! You will be the ones chasing them with e-mails which would not get any response back and phone calls which also would not get entertained most of the times!!!!

WWICS is a froud, they do not have any experince in immigration, just sitting there and robbing people, staff is not cooperative at all. be aware of WWICS ad and commericals.

I am a IT professional with more than 4 years of experience. I applied through WWICS 2 years back.But my file is not processed due to some issue with the employer in Canda(Employer,WWICS provided).I am planning to cancel the file and take my money back.Can anyone please help me to migrate to Canada.The guys who are already settled???
I am basically a Indian,Who is working in Bahrain.

I saw so many coments above regarding wwics.MY expereinces with them is also not good reagarding behaviour.i remember first time in 2001 I visited there office the lady in front office made fun of me that I dont know english ...she claimed me that i wake up and took no bath and come to their office.BUt after that they didn't fforget to tell me their fees structure and asked fee in advance. After coming home I throw their file in bin and did not slept that night and even I still remember how she made fun of me .time started passes now today I m well established business man in canada.trying to expand businesses in autralia too ...........moral dont depend on wwics if u think they are fraud....amore people aware of their fradulent activites .......by contacting media with proof.....

Davinder started out very nice and helpful, he helped me with a few issue I was having, I met him through application for immigrant to Canada. He always say he not need anything for helping only he now he help me. He ry to get me drunk and ask me for sex then get get very angry and say he will till everyone I was bad and have many relation with his friends. He is not good man. He do this with many poor girls.

All the people who r supporting wwics above are wwics workers only. Wwics is complete fraud organisation who is cheating innocent people of our country. I am a doctor by profession . I hav been cheated by this so called bullshit wwics . But i was nt the one who was going to surrender though i kicked them so badly that their grand parents from maternal and paternal sides will never forget my name. Dnt come under their trap as they r very polite when they need money but once u have paid them they wont listen anything n even wont pick ur call. They will threatened u a lot . Companies senior workers who called themselved managers and regional managers are the big a holes . . . Bastards. . . This is bank corrupt company and will dissolve soon . . .

In the name of providing specialised service this organisation has taken a sum of Rs 1,00,000/- from me. But my application for credential and other verification has been rejected by the Vetassess ( a organisation of Govt of Australia). Now, more than one month the organisation has not refunded my money. Finding no options I have filed an grievance with the Statutory agencies of the Govt of India.
Please unite and file complaints to various government agencies... who only have the power to rein in such companies who are just defrauding the people.

I am also a client of WWICS chandigarh.... WWICS success rate is 3-5 out of 100. People who are taking side of WWICS ane not aware that its not WWICS who does this for them, it was your profile that CHC accepted...

WWICS fraud is to misguide & giving confidence to every visitor that he is eligible & make them sign contract & then not to pay attention to those case as they very much know future of those cases...

Is any one here know that is it legal for company to force client to make payments in $ for there overseas companies like " Global services".... Can we challenge/complaint about this to ministry of external affairs so that no new customer got cheated on name of global services...

This Golbal service taking money from you & get that in UAE & then sent that back to India to invest in real- estate business... Your hard earned money is making them wealthy.

Even if you are still intrusted going to WWICS then at first place read read aggriment very very carefully. You will be surprised to know that there will be no solid clause to protect your intrust..
Refund clause is very very WWICS friendly.
Don't be fool like me, sign contarct with open eyes not with dream filled eyes...

Hello Everyone,

I am an ex employee of WWICS and I can tell you that this is a Fraud Company. They are aware of the fact that people whose CRS score is less than 450 dosent have a chance get a chance to get an invitation. Mr. Sandhu is the owner who used to send people to Canada earlier BUT now the rules have changed since Jan 2015 you all should check your CRS score online before aplying. One more thing, they say that they have job offer and will charge you around Rs 9,00,000 for it kindly ask them to show the letter from (LMIA) Labour Market Impact Assessment. LMIA is a govt body which approves and permits a company to recruit overseas workers.

Technically What does WWICS do -- They just collect your document and forward it online.
