kanavance - non refund of £348

I purchased a CBD oil and cream paying £85 and £89, plus £4.95 and £2.95 respectively.
Then I returned them for refund as I tried the CBD oil and it did NOT work for me at all.
The dates the above sums were taken out of my bank account were 22/06/20 and 25/06/20.
I also cancelled any further deliveries.
On 03/08/20 a further £85 plus £89 were was taken out of my bank account but I did NOT receive any delivery this time !!!!!!!
I rang 0330 380 137 and complained about this situation on 08/08/20 and was informed that, according to their records, I was due to have £348 refunded into my bank account.
RMA 32905543235548702 Kanavance,PO BOX 1037,Horsham RH129 U9.
I rang again on 12/10/20 and was informed the £348 would be in my bank account on 19/10/20.

THIS £348 IS STILL OWING TO ME AND IF THIS AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT BY 26/10/20 I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
