I have to say that I must be one of the unlucky ones. Their site says that they will call you to review and the proceed to create or update your resume. After 48hrs from the time I ordered, no call. I called them and then they called about 2hrs later. They said they had tried to call earlier... wrong..they did not.

Secondly, the resume they sent was just a version of what I sent them with "bullets" and a pretty backgound. The content was EXACTLY the same as the 8yr old resume I sent them. I had explained and attached "updated" information at the bottom of the original resume Word doc that I sent them and they did not even look at it. When I complained they argued with me that it was the same information....It was definitely not! So.. .I spent $169 for a jazzed up background and my sentences now have bullets.. BIG DEAL!

BEWARE of this company....what they provide is something you can do yourself in 1/2 hour. I needed my resume reworded with keywords for my industry and they did nothing regarding that but argue with me on the phone. Good Luck if you use this company. You have been warned!
