| Originally bought a trial of Ingredient Science Keto. Then a few weeks later I saw a charge on my credit card for this product once again. And then again a few weeks after that. I called them and they said because I did not cancel after the trial I was charged the full amount for that trial bottle sent and then again shortly after that for another bottle to be sent. NOWHERE did it mention anything on the trial signup sheet about having to do this nor did my invoice have any disclaimers or anything stating I had to do this if I didn't want to be charged. This company nowhere displayed this information to be known. They refuse to credit back the two extra charges even when I said I would return the bottles received unopened. I want my money back - this is clearly fraud and I have seen on other complaint sites (even Better Business Bureau) site another person had same issue and they were able to get her money back. Please help in anyway possible. Thank you. |
