Red Bow Photo hire's general contract photographers for Professional Sports Events and more. Last pay recieved was April 9th for April 1st payday. Since they have not payed for 3 complete pay periods or 6 weeks of pay. according to their website http://redbowphoto.com Red Bow Photo is contracted by the folowing professional sports teams for event photography.
Anaheim Ducks
Anaheim Angels
Boston Bruins
Carolina Panthers
New Jersey Nets
Orlando Magic
Philadelphia 76ers
Philadelphia Flyers
Seattle Mariners
Washington Capitals
Washington Wizards
Currently the Anaheim photographers are known not to be compensated as agreed upon by Red Bow Photo, Inc. |

Jason, in case YOU forgot, what about the $500 I paid YOU in August 2009 to provide telemarketing services to me through your company PXL8IT? http://www.pxl8it.com/PXL8IT%20Direct%20Marketing%20Services.html
You have NOT provide any services whatsoever, nor have you returned any of my many phone calls or e-mails. Was your PLX8IT telemarketing service just a scam?
My only choice will be to file a small claims action against you and your copany PXL8IT, have you served by a Marshall, and then fly to Orange County Florida for the court appearance. That's okay with me, I have friends there I can visit.
Expect the court summons by the end of January 2010.

Still waiting for my money from the 2009 Inauguration. Stood out in the freezing cold that day, Would like to become part of a class action suit if anyone can provide me with the name of an on-going suit. here is the information they sent to me:

Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately the checks have not been mailed out. We are still waiting on our third-party vendor to send us our revenue from the Inauguratoin so that we can pay all photographers. That was supposed to happen at the beginning of this month, but they have delayed it. Until we get payment from them we are unable to process payment to our photographers.
We apologize again for the inconvenience and want to reassure that you will get paid. It's just a matter of when our vendor pays us so that we can pay you. We will be sure to let everyone know when this happens as we are anxious to get checks out.

Attention Red Bow DC Photographers,
We regret to inform you that there has been a delay in issuing paychecks from our 2009 Inauguration event. During the process of preparing all of the checks we were informed that the W-4 government form we asked each photographer to fill out was incorrect.
Please find attached the proper W-9 government form that we need all photographers to fill out in order to have their paycheck processed in full. Once completed, please sign and fax to 704.366.5519. As soon as we receive your completed W-9 government form your paycheck will be mailed out.
