sea salt 10 small tomatoes, preferably san marzano tomatoes
20 g peanuts or pumpkin seeds / peeled almonds
1 avocado 20 g peccorino or parmesan
1 small bundle of basil
½ lemon, the juice
Black pepper, freshly ground
Here's how you do it
Cook the whole grain pasta al dente in lightly salted water.
Cut the tomatoes in half and bake them at 200 gr for 10 min.
