If I could no stars I would. I can't recommend this attorney Mike Vivoli or Michael L. A federal magistrate has barred California attorney Mike Vivoli from practicing in U.S. District Court in Utah for three years and disqualified him and his law firm from participating in an ongoing trade secrets case. The unusual sanctions came in a Wednesday ruling by U.S. Magistrate David Nuffer, who said attorney Michael Vivoli had violated a court order concerning confidential information and had made misrepresentations about a deposition. Vivoli, reached at his San Diego firm of Vivoli & Associates, said he was reviewing the ruling and declined comment. Also Mike is very unprofessional and in his emails when he corresponds with my attorney rather than using my name he called me delusional, whack job and psychopath. In my opinion, this type of language shows he lacks the skills to speak professionally and thus he sounds mixed up, confused and unintelligible. Please stay away from this foul language using attorney. Also, in my opinion, i have been told that he will take a large retainer from you, use lots of your money, over charge you, promise you then moon and then he will not win your case. Look up his history with a civil party name search of his cases and you will see that when he goes to court the opposing counsel wins more than he does and that he is known for making promises that he can't keep. I have been told that he misleads vulnerable people that they have a case and that they will win so that he can seem justified in taking your money and then more often that not i have been told that he fails and does not win case .
