You're going to lose far more weight, a complete lot faster, and keep writing longer if you exercise a quarter-hour a day 5 days a week than if you exercise 5 hours once a week. Despite the fact that you're spending additional time on the 5 hour, once weekly program, the body can't cope with it aswell and you're unlikely to maintain such a program for very long.
