I am sure you have heard that eating 5-6 smaller meals a day, is better than eating 2-3 big meals a day, and it is. But we all know that isn't how free enterprise works. Since Aug, 2006 a viable, safer alternative was being researched. You can also keep fish in the freezer and not have to worry about going to the shop every day to purchase the freshest fish on the market.
