I recently had an annoying one removed from the tip of my nose. Usually are very well usually skin colored to light brown and grow outward at the center. My doctor had three attempts to freeze it with liquid nitrogen over several years, but it kept growing back. Eventually a skin specialist removed it with a serious accident application of cryotherapy, which did process. But has left a flat depressed 10 mm white spot concerning the end of my nasal area.
