Sir,
I brought a Lenovo laptop model no 3000 G 430 (4152 ACQ) with serial no EB11562012 from Supreme Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 35, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata - 12(Near Indian Airlines City Office) with retail invoice no. STPL/03190/2009-2010 Dtd 08/05/09, DO no. 3223. Few days back I found some colour line on my laptop, at the time of using the product. I immediately contact Lenovo call centre but they did not provide me the case no.. But they argued that this product is broken internally and they will not provide the warranty. Then I went to a service centre, they checked it but they said the same and.they provide me a toll free no for further contact but I never got the response from other end. my laptop never fallen nor intentionally or accidentally damage from outside and the LCD screen cover is intact. I made a complaint on this issue for so many times but i got a negative answer from them. But at the time of checking they did more damage to my product. Before that checking I found only 3-4 lines on both direction (horizontal & perpendicular) on my LCD screen and after that a can’t see anything on bottom portion on my laptop’s screen.So you please resolve this issue immediately.
