I HAVE HAD GIRLFRIENDS WHO HE HAS TAKEN MONEY FROM $400, NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN, ANOTHER GIRLFRIEND WENT TO HIS HOUSE BECAUSE HE TOLD HER HE'D MAKE HER A PROFESSIONAL DANCER AND HE THEN MADE ADVANCES ON HER POOR THING, ANOTHER GIRLFRIEND WAS TOLD SHE'D BECOME A MOVIE STAR!! 10 YEARS AGO, YEAS TEN!!! YEARS AGO, I WAS SMARTER AND WENT TO DISCUSS BUSINESS (SO I THOUGHT) AT CAFE, A PUBLIC PLACE, HE WAS NOT AFTER ACTORS OR MODELS..
SO AFTER 10 YEARS, WHY IS HE STILL CREATING MISCHEIF? WHY HAS HE CASTING NOW FOR ANOTHER FILM WHEN HE NEVER PRODUCED THE "FIGHT TO GLORY"????? WHY AM I HEARING HE'S GOING PHILIPPINES?? WELL THE WORD WILL SPREAD THERE TOO, ONE PERSON I TOLD WILL TELL EVERYONE.

| OMG! I thought this man was too good to be true! I went to his house for an interview, promises promises, wanted $380 for a photo shoot! I felt something wasn't right. Only when i went to pay and relised his name on his card was Beley and the name on his bank account was Begley. Found these complains and you have saved me!! As an actor you should NEVER have to pay for any agency! If they think you've got what they can sell its their job to make themselves money via commisions.....DO NOT BE SCAMMED! |

You cannot just show up and pretend you are some big shot lawyer to scare people away from sharing their experience with whoever they deal with.
It is not Wild West where you can silence people as you wish as long as you wave your gun.
As a "lawyer" you should know that all people here can easily prove their statements and defamation has nothing to do with it. Few people tried to mute free speech on the internet. They failed.

"The publication of any false imputation concerning a person, or a member of his family, whether living or dead, by which (a) the reputation of that person is likely to be injured or (b) he is likely to be injured in his profession or trade or (c) other persons are likely to be induced to shun, avoid, ridicule or despise him."
Can you see word FALSE??? ...how can you prove that what is written about is false?
